PBL Driving Question: How Can we Speak Up Against Discrimination?

How can we Speak Up Against Discrimination? That is our driving question for this term. Keep on reading to find out more...

How can we Speak Up Against Discrimination? If you don't know what discrimination is, I'll do a quick explanation. Discrimination is like sexism, racism, ableism, ageism and so on. If you don't know what those are, just pause reading this, open Google, search what it means, then keep on reading. I have decided that I am going to do a poetry slam on sexism stereotypes. A poetry slam is when you write a poem on said choice, then say your poem to a group of people. I am going to do it
on female/male stuff, such as like girls can only be into lipstick, nail polish and dresses, and boys only like cars, trucks and superheros. I thought this would be a good idea because people don't even realise they are being sexist. For PBL we are doing an open day, we are going live for a day, so you can see our work. Other options were Ted Talks, Speeches and Podcasts. So pretty much you can, let your imagination run free while creating this!

That concludes my blog for today. I hope you enjoyed finding out our PBL for this term. How can you speak up against discrimination? Answer in the comments! See ya guys. Have a nice day ❤️❤️!
