Under the Sea! Reading This Week!

Hello my lovelies! How are you? I hope you are good! Today I am going to tell you about my reading create task this week!

So I was off sick on Monday and Tuesday with a cold. But I managed to get my stuff together in two days. So we started off by reading an article about sea life, and people. This article was about different ways Project Reef (a project on monitoring the aquatic life) monitor the sea life. They use four different methods of: Underwater Camera, Diver Transect Survey, Hook-and-Line Survey and Acoustic Survey. The Underwater Camera Survey is literally in its name. Divers put a camera in a reef to observe and report on the reef and its life. The Diver Transect Survey is when a group of divers go into a reef and swim around, capturing footage on cameras. The Hook-and-Line survey is where they pretty much go fishing, by catching fish, taking notes and setting them free again. Then they times the amount of fish they caught by how long they were there to get an answer. The Acoustic survey is where they install a device to pick up sounds from the sea life. Then we had to create a pros and cons doc. This was mine
Next, we had to choose our favourite method and mention why we thought it was the best, here was mine

I thought this session was really great! I really enjoyed doing this weeks reading task! I hope you liked learning about it with me too!

Thanks guys for reading this! I hope you enjoyed learning about the different methods used to do things like this. Have you ever been snorkelling? Tell me about it in the comments! I hope you enjoyed this blog! See you next time! Bye! ❤️
